Ten Bernardston Property Deeds Recorded in Late Summer, No Prices Disclosed
Ten property deeds were recorded in Bernardston between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records. None of the ten transactions listed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this period. The most notable filing was a resale on Mountain Road: HUD and Networks Corp., acting as attorney, sold 42 W. Mountain Road to Matthew D. Killeen on Aug. 5, a week after a separate deed was recorded at the same house number under a different seller.
