Sale prices were available for five of them, ranging from $12,928 to $345,500, with a median of $50,000. The period's largest recorded sale was 189 Bald Mountain Road, which sold for $345,500 on Sept. 4; Bald Mountain Road accounted for four of the period's deed transfers, more than any other street. Ten transfers, including sales on Cross Street, Dewey Street and Fox Hill Road, had no recorded price yet, consistent with the registry's typical data lag. Several transfers listed banks, credit unions or a federal housing agency as the buyer.
