The remaining six transactions, including two on Brattleboro Road, show price not yet available. Financial institutions, including Freedom Credit Union, Florence Bank, Navy Federal Credit Union and Rocket Mortgage LLC, appeared as either buyer or seller on eight of the 10 deeds. Gill Road saw two transactions this month, one priced at $400,000 and the other at $15,000.
